M50 - Dublin Ring Road / Renewal of the free-flow toll system
About the project
Established in 2007, eFlow is the operator of the Dublin Ring - M50 free-flow tolling system. eFlow also offers DSRC badges, which are interoperable on all toll roads in the Republic of Ireland. eFlow is managed and operated by Turas Mobility Services. In 2018, Turas Mobility Services was commissioned by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) to renew and operate the eFlow tolling system.

Tender phase
February - October 2016
Support from TURAS Mobility Services (Vinci Highways and Abtran JV) to develop the winning offer
- Technical expertise for solution design
- Requirements management and traceability matrix to demonstrate compliance of the final offer with TII requirements
- Review and contribution to the "Systems Plan", "Operating Plan" and "Transition and Migration Plan" to be delivered with the final offer.
Construction phase
January 2019 - December 2021
4icom is involved in the entire solution construction phase:
- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Support for solution design and review of detailed description of subcontractor modules
- Preparing for operation and maintenance
- Responsibility for the design and implementation of the data migration plan
- Testing and integration
- Contribution to project documentation delivered to TII
